How We Pour.

Scope
Size, thickness, and use case set. Load spec matched to mix.
- 02
Prep
Sub-base compacted. Vapor barrier if needed. Rebar or wire mesh tied.
- 03
Pour
Truck backed in or line pump. Screed. Float.
- 04
Finish
Broom, hard trowel, or exposed. Joints cut to plan.
- 05
Cure
Wet cure or cure-and-seal. Drive on at 7 days, load at 28.

Straight Answers.
- How thick should my shop slab be?
- 6″ minimum with rebar for most shop and garage floors. Heavier for RVs, dump trailers, or lift loads — we spec against the equipment.
- Can you pour indoors?
- Yes, if the truck can chute in or a line pump can reach. We walk the site before quoting to make sure access works.
- Do you cut expansion joints?
- Yes — either tooled during finish or diamond saw-cut the next day. Both prevent random cracking.
