FAQHomeowner Questions
Straight Answers.
- Does the city need to approve the work?
- Some do. We pull the permit or coordinate with public works when the sidewalk is in the city right-of-way.
- How wide is a residential sidewalk?
- 4' is standard. Some cities require 5'. We check before we form.
- Can you fix a tripping hazard without replacing the whole run?
- Sometimes — mudjacking or a saw-cut leveling can help. We look at it and give you the honest option.
